I keep losing leads: the three-step fix

Form, list, reminder. That's the whole system.

Someone fills in your form. Someone books a call. Then the week gets busy, and nobody follows up. Sound familiar? It's the most common problem we hear, and the fix is smaller than most people think.

Step 1: One door in

Every way a customer reaches you (your website form, a booking link, an email) should land in one place. Not a notebook, not three inboxes. One list.

Step 2: One list you trust

That place is a CRM: a customer list that remembers who contacted you, when, and what they asked for. It doesn't need to be fancy. It needs to be the only list.

Step 3: A reminder you can't ignore

Every new name on the list gets a follow-up task with a date. When the date comes, you get nudged. That one habit is most of what "sales follow-up" really is.

What it looks like with real tools

A common setup: a website form feeds a CRM such as Odoo, and an app like Make connects anything Odoo doesn't reach on its own. The CRM + booking kit on App Orca packages this setup so you don't start from a blank page, and if you'd rather not do it yourself, we can install it for you.

Some links on App Orca are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

The engine is separate from the screen. Here's why that matters to a small business.
